I don’t know if there is a specific Trial download for Office Professional Academic.. I don’t recall ever seeing one. Office Professional and Office Professional Academic are identical products, the only differenced being the price and the license terms that restrict use of Academic to academic users. Uninstalling Office does not delete your docs, data, or email, but it’s always a good idea to back them up “just in case.

The users will be capable of purchasing the office for good without any future expenses. When I bought a new Toshiba laptop for home use it did not come with an Office product installed.
